Excel Management and Rentals was formed as a Florida Corporation in 1999. It was set up to meet the needs of buyers of vacation homes and vacationing guests in the general Walt Disney World Area. Specifically to provide a high degree of customer satisfaction by ensuring excellence in quality and delivery of our vacation homes.

With our sister company Hamilton Realty we have continuously maintained our credo of personal and prompt attention and offer a wide range of services to both property owners and vacationing guests.

We manage luxury vacation homes from the east side of Kissimmee by the turnpike to the Highway 27 corridor in Polk County, and are conveniently located in downtown Kissimmee.

For owners; we offer the real estate services to locate your ideal vacation home, the management services to maintain it and the rental services to ensure income flows into your property.

For vacationing guests; we offer commitment to quality and excellent customer service, we can customize bookings, provide additional services such as car hire and attraction tickets to name a few.

Our goal is to continue a structured growth of the company while retaining our established professional business practices and a personal approach to the property management and vacation home rental business.
