Leaseback Options
Excel Management is able to offer a leaseback on selected properties. A leaseback is a guarateed rental income. The rent is paid whether the property is rented or not. You cannot use the house at all during the leaseback period. If the leaseback is for a 12 month period then we can arrange for use by the owner outside the high season period.
Should your property meet our
criteria and you are
interested in the programme can you please contact the office. The leasebacks run from May 1st to Oct 31st, though some start a little earlier at Easter. We also have 12 month leasebacks available at Highland Reserve, Windsor Hills and Emerald Island.
Under the executive plus category, one of the criteria states that homes
must be in a recognised sub-division. Please see the download for a list of
recognised sub-divisions. To establish whether your sub-division is classed
as executive then please call the office.
We will always go out to the home to verify the condition and to inform you
of what categorty your home will be assigned, in some cases if may require a
little work to move up in the categories or to be an executive home.
Generally, the leaseback income out performs the ad hoc market bookings due
to the rent in the low season months.
